Payer Contracting

CalAIM Provider Enrollment (support submission of required forms, agreements and contracts with Partnership HealthPlan of CA & Medi-Cal)
Services include technical assistance, guidance and review of payer applications and required documents submitted by the client to payers or through payer portals.

Program Onboarding

NCHIIN provides project management inclusive of an initial onboarding session and weekly/bi-weekly onboarding meetings.

Accurate Comprehensive Billing

  • Payment tracking, reconciliation & denial management
  • Monthly CalAIM Initial Outreach Tracker File (IOT) and Provider Return Transmission File (RTF)​ submission
  • Monthly activity summary report and recap meeting
**Billing services are only available for individual providers with active North Coast Care Connect user licenses.

Post Go-Live Training & Technical Assistance includes remote meetings, onboarding & implementation workflow consultation, billing & reporting configuration assistance, troubleshooting, and staff training.
