The CIE (North Coast Care Connect) supports cross-sector care coordination by enabling participating organizations to:
- Send and receive referrals
- Document interactions and services
- Share care plans and track outcomes
- Coordinate across health, social service, and community partners

- Data entry, forms, or reporting issues
- Training or user support needs
