
🛠️ NC3 Tip of the Week – Stay Connected with Your Care Team Using Team Messages
Team Messages are an easy way to keep in touch with your colleagues, whether you’re sharing updates about clients, referrals, or next steps. They’re especially useful if your program normally keeps case notes internal (viewable only within your organization)  — you can coordinate care safely without adding anything to a client’s official record.
Try it this week:
- To launch Team Messages, look for the Team Messages tab next to the client’s Care Team listing header.
- Choose to send a message to the whole team or just one colleague.
- Mark it as urgent if it needs immediate attention.
Quick reminder: Care teams only exist if the client has given consent in NC3, so make sure consent is in place before sharing.
