We’re thrilled to welcome Humboldt Workforce Coalition as a new partner in the NC3 network!
This is an especially exciting addition because Humboldt Workforce Coalition is our first NC3 partner whose primary focus is employment and workforce development. While many of our partners support employment in important ways, having a dedicated workforce partner in the network opens up new opportunities for deeper collaboration and more direct pathways to jobs, training, and economic stability.
Humboldt Workforce Coalition brings together employers, training providers, and community partners to help people:

- Build skills and employment readiness
- Connect to opportunities that support long-term stability and self-sufficiency
By joining NC3, they’re helping make employment support more connected, coordinated, and accessible — right alongside the health, family, housing, and social supports already in the network.
