🛠️ NCCC User Tip of the Week – Part 1: Using the Add a New Care Task Button
Need to quickly document an activity or take action in a client record? The Add a New Care Task button—located just below the client’s Timeline—is your shortcut to do just that.
Clicking it opens a pop-up window where you can:
- Add a General Task
- Create a Case Note
- Schedule an Appointment
- Log a Referral, Screener, or Assessment
The pop-up remains open, so you can complete multiple actions in one go. Most entries (except General Tasks and Case Notes) will also appear on the client’s Timeline once completed.
đź’ˇ Note: This button is ideal for quick, one-time actions—but it doesn’t show previous entries for those activities.
