NCCC Tip of the Week: Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? No worries — it happens! Here’s a quick and easy way to reset it so you can get back to what matters.

🔁 Resetting Your Password:

1. Go to the Login Page https://ninepatch.qssystems.net/NCCC/login
2. Enter your email address
3. Click “Forgot Password?”
4. Click “Send Email” — NinePatch will send you a link to reset your password.
5. Check your inbox and click the link labeled “Link to reset credentials”

✅ Create a New Password:

1. Your new password must:
   • Be at least 10 characters
   • Include 3 out of 4 of the following:
     • Lower-case letter
     • Upper-case letter
     • Number
     • Special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
   • Not match your last 5 passwords
2. Confirm your new password.
3. Click the arrow button to return to the login screen
