NCCC Tip of the Week: Two Easy Ways to Find a Client in the Platform

✨ This week’s tip is all about making it super easy to find a client in NCCC—whether you’re just getting started or need a quick refresher. There are two simple ways to search, and we’ve got you covered:

🔍 Option 1: From the Client Registry

If you’re working from the main platform:

1. Click on Client Search & Services in the top menu
2. Select Client Registry
3. Enter the client’s:
   • Last name and date of birth
   • or NinePatch ID
4. Hit Go to see results!

🚀 Option 2: From the Client Launchpad

The Launchpad is available right on your home page—just look for the “Client Launchpad” tab after logging in.

1. Go to the NinePatch Search tab on the Launchpad
2. Enter the client’s last name and date of birth
3. Click Search to see results

That’s it—two quick ways to find who you’re looking for in no time! 🙌
